Except this one which had only one review - not enough for a reasonable sample. Now it has two reviews, both very good. It works well, has no problems that I can find after a month of use.The control is simple, set a number of hours and high, med, low or warm. It automatically goes to warm after the cook time ends. The cooker works well and I love being able to program the exact time I want it to cook. It automatically switches to the warm setting once the cooking interval has been met. The only thing I don't like is that the outside gets really hot. So be careful with that. I specifically bought this crockpot because it was well priced, it's programmable with automatic switch to warm mode and because it had the fewest reviews overall so I couldn't get caught up in all the negative ones. I love this crockpot! It's worked incredibly well for us. I've been using it about once a week since I bought it and I've had absolutely no problems with it. It's very easy to set and use and it cooks very evenly. It's also incredibly easy to clean as it's dishwasher safe. I let it cool completely before I put it in the dishwasher because they do say it can crack under drastic temperature changes.
