SD50000001 6-Quart Ceramic Bowl Slow Cooker with Automatic Temperature Control Technology has a 6 quart ceramic bowl and its automatic temperature control system kicks into action the minute you open the lid. It can tell when the lid has been opened and automatically adjusts the temperature so you don’t need to increase your cooking time each time you open the lid. The temperature control kicks it up again by helping to keep the food “hot” not just warm. Emeril by T-fal, SD50000001 6-Quart Ceramic Bowl Slow Cooker with automatic temperature control technology also has two digital cooking modes, High and low and automatic keep warm at the end of cooking. The Slow Cooker has a removable hinged glass lid and an integrated condensation collector to catch any moisture run off.

I saw HSN presentation and realized this slow cooker can do so much more and it's great price. I'm using Emeril Slow Cooker Recipe Book a lot and my favorite one is Korean-Style Short Ribs. It's really amazing. Split Pea Soup is also my favorite. The chicken cooked through nicely and just fell off the bone. The vegetables cooked through but were not over cooked (which was a concern of mine). I also own Emeril's stainless steel cookware and love that as well. Bought a Slow Cooker cookbook yesterday and very excited to try other recipes (if anything about my review changes I will post it).This cookware maintained the temperature as advertised. It is easy to use and very easy to clean. It is also a very nice looking slow cooker to have on the countertop (stainless and black).
